When someone visits this website I use a product called  Matamo, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone.  This data is retained on the server running this site and is not shared with anyone else.  You have the option of opting out of this data being collected.

Security and Performance:

We use a third-party service (Wordfence) to help maintain the security and performance of our website. To deliver this service it processes the IP addresses of visitors to the site.

Disclosure of Personal Information:

We collect contact details via the website for the purposes of managing the booking to the apartments.  This is not shared with anyone else other than the data required by the Zermatt Geimeinde for collecting the Tourist Tax.

Payments

Online payments are managed by Stripe and any payment information is submitted directly to them.  I do not have access to any of those details.  The Stripe privacy policy is accessible here.
